| 摘 要： | 本研究对浙江、安徽两省的２１家引进新技术企业进行了有关引进决策效能指标与影响因素的现场调研与测试、运用因素分析的方法确定了技术决策的效能评估指标及其影响因素。多元回归分析的结果表明，在影响因素与效能评估指标之间，存在着一定的结构关系和因果联系。在此基础上，我们建立了技术引进决策的效能预测模型。这一项预测模型为新技术引进的诊断、评估、预测及决策效能优化提供了可靠的理论依据和切实可行的对策。

| Abstract: | This study investigated 21 enterprices in Zhejiang and Anhui province to reveal the factors which affect the effectiveness of decisinon-making in introducing new technology. Bymultivariate analysis, seven predictors and,rour criteria were determined. According to therelationship between predictors and criteria, a prediction model of effectiveness of decisionmaking was set up. This model provided theoretical basic and practical strategies for optimizing decision effectiveness. |
