| 摘 要： | 六角氮化硼的一些性质对立方氮化硼的合成有着重要影响。本文在对三种不同纯度的六角氮化硼进行拉曼光谱、红外光谱、X光衍射光谱对比研究的基础上，进行了高温氧化、掺杂氧化物等项实验研究，讨论了六角氮化硼自身氧化特性以及在高温高压下生成的氧化物对合成立方氮化硼的影响，指出了除结晶程度、杂质含量外，六角氮化硼的氧化特性与立方氮化硼的成核、生长有直接联系。

| Abstract: | Properties of hBN starting materials have important effect on the synthesis of cBN. In this paper, three types of hBN with different purities were analyzed by Raman, infrared and X-ray diffraction spectra. Effects of the oxidation characteristics of hBN samples as well as the oxides formed under high temperature on the synthesis of cBN were examined. The results show that, besides crystalline degree and impurity, oxidation characteristics have direct effect on the nucleation and growth of cBN. |
