| 摘 要： | 随着社会信息化进程的加快，信息资源已经成为人类社会活动和经济活动的战略资源。信息技术的发展与广泛应用使档案数字化建设提上了日程，给档案工作的档案数字化建设带来了新的契机。档案工作的数字化建设是顺应潮流、适应时代发展的新举措、新要求。面对这种挑战，档案工作者应积极应对，要不断学习科学知识，逐步掌握信息技术为档案工作服务，为社会主义经济建设服务，为社会主义精神文明建设服务。

The development and wide application of information technology make digital archives management more urgent and bring an opportunity to digital archives management construction, which is also a demand of this new age. Archivists should study more knowledge and gradually master the necessary information technology to work better and serve socialist economy construction as well as socialist spiritual civilization construction. |
