| Abstract: | Polarized and depolarized Raman spectra of sodium and potassium metagermanosilicate glasses are given. It is concluded from the Raman spectra that the structure of these glasses consists of metagermanosilicate chains in which both SiO4 and GeO4 tetrahedra are present, probably mixed in a random way. |
