| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着经济的快速增长,江西各行业在岗职工平均工资不断提高,同时行业之间收入分配差距也在不断拉大。行业收入分配问题,既牵涉到老百姓的切身利益,也影响到＂初次分配和再次分配都要处理好效率与公平的关系＂的社会主义分配原则的顺利实现,更关系到和谐江西的构建,必须引起我们高度重视并下大力气加以解决。解决行业收入分配问题是一个系统工程,需要多管齐下,综合治理。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the rapid economic growth,the average wage of workers of various trades in Jiangxi is rising,while the gap in income distribution among trades is also widening.Sector income distribution problems are related not only to the immediate interests of the people involved,but also to the construction of a harmonious Jiangxi.We must attach great importance to the problems and make great efforts to solve them.This paper discusses how to solve the problems. |
