摘    要:利用原子吸收光谱法测定了中成药复方丹参片中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、K、Na、Mn、Cu、Cr、Ni、Co、Sr、Cd、Pb等14种元素的含量.详细研究了消化液(混酸)种类、HNO3和HClO4的比例、消化液体积及消化时间对测定结果的影响.测定结果表明:复方丹参片中K、Na、Fe、Ca、Mg、Mn和Sr的含量较为丰富。

Abstract:The fourteen trace elements of calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, potassium, sodium, manganese, copper, chromium, nickel, cobalt, strontium, cadmium and lead in Chinese traditional medicines (fufangdanshen tablet) were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The effect of the type of digesting solution (mixed acid), the ratio of mixed acid, the volume of digesting solution and the time of digesting were investigated in details. The results show that fufangdanshen tablets contain higher amount of K, Na, Fe, Ca, Mg, Mn and Sr than other elements.
