Discussion on Teenagers＇ Reading Promotion in Ethnic Minority Areas under the Background of Plural Culture ---Taking the Public Libraries in Xinjiang as the Example

Taking the public libraries in Xinjiang as the example, this paper introduces the methods of carrying out various forms of teenagers＇ reading promotion activity in ethnic minority areas with the coexistence of plural culture, and based on summing up and analyzing their experiences of reading promotion, points out that in order to construct harmonious society in ethnic minority areas, must deeply carry on teenagers＇ reading promotion activity, and at the same time, must pay attention to its long-term effectiveness, richness and interestingness, making the reading activity be really penetrated in people＇ s hearts and be effectively promoted.
