| 摘 要： | 采用ＭＭ－１０００型摩擦试验机、定速式摩擦试验机和台架试验机研究了冷压盘式刹车片的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明：采用冷压工艺制造的杀车片材料的摩擦磨损性能较好，摩擦系数在不同压力、速度和温度下较稳定，在汽车盘式刹车片中试用性能良好。根据刹车片的使用工况，利用ＭＭ－１０００型摩擦试验机进行小样模拟试验，所得测试结果与台架试验有较好的一致性。

| Abstract: | The friction and wear performance of cold pressed disk brake pad was investigated with MM/1000 tester, dynamometer tester and constant speed friction tester. It was found that the friction and wear performance of the materials developed in our lab was comparable and better than that of the counterparts at abroad. The evaluating results of the material performatnce on MM/1000 tester was in good agreement with that of the simulation bench testing. |
