稀土硫氧化物固溶体在X射线激发下的发光与应用

摘    要:本文用稀土氧化物高温硫化法合成了(Y1-xLax)2O2S:Tb(0.002)、(Y1-xGdx)2O2S:Tb(0.002)和(Gd1-xLax)2O2S:Tb(0.002)三个二元稀土硫氧化物固溶体体系.研究了在X射线下激发它们的发光亮度、发射光谱.研究了激活剂Tb3+离子浓度对体系发光的影响.在上述实验的基础上,选择了其中的几种发光材料,研制出X射线增感屏,测定了屏的技术参数。

Abstract:Tb3+-doped oxysujiides of lanthanum, yttrium and gadolium are good luminophors. In order to find efficient materials, scme Tb-cloped solid solutions of rare earth oxysulfides were investigated. (Y1-xLax)2O2S:Tb, (Gd1-x Lax)2O2S:Tb and (Y1-xLax)2O2S:Tb were prepared by high temperature sulfidization of the relevant rare earth cxices mixtuies. Their emission properties under the X-ray excitation were celermined and discussed.Four compositions have been selected from them and Were ccnsicered as candidates for luminophors used in X-rays intensifying screens.
