高剪切均质机转子系统的临界转速分析

摘    要:利用Rayleigh法推导了高剪切均质机转子系统的临界转速(一阶固有频率)的解析解;并应用有限元法验证了一阶固有频率(临界转速)和振型,所得结果为此类转子的结构参数优化设计提供了依据.

Abstract:The critical rotational speed,i.e.,the first natural frequency,on the high-shear homogenizer' rotator system was studied.Formulas to calculate the critical rotational speed were derived.The natural frequencies were also tested with FEM by software ANSYS.The results obtained provide a basis for optimizing the structural parameters of rotator system of this kind.
