| 摘 要： | 输送带张力计算在输送机线路设计中占有重要的位置,为输送带、张紧装置、驱动装置等的选择提供重要依据,而计算过程又非常繁琐。为此,本文分析了输送带正常工作时张力应满足的两个条件,介绍了在已知条件不同的情况下输送带张力计算的几种方法。并对其中的一种方法给出了利用计算机编程计算张力的流程图。可为工程技术人员在输送线路的设计中提供一些有益的参考。

| Abstract: | Conveyor belt tension is very important and complex in design of conveyor belt route .It directly affects the choice of conveyor belt, take-up and drive. So a few of calculation methods of conveyor belt tension are introduced and a program flow chart of calculation is provided which may be beneficial to engineers. |
