| 摘 要： | 信息化建设是国家和企业加快发展的内在要求,是提升基层管理水平和实现企业管理变革的良好契机.本文立足实际,从如何理解基层信息化的内涵、如何开发应用好生产经营管理系统、怎样应用网络整合资源和积累知识、怎样发挥信息化优势促进人员素质提升以及如何利用信息化手段凝心聚力、培育企业文化等五个方面,论述了提高基层信息化应用水平的主要途径,并提出了基层信息化的今后发展方向.
