摘    要:双滚子接触疲劳试验结果表明,极压添加剂类型显著影响试件材料的耐久极限,采用含改性氯化石蜡添加剂的N220重负荷工业齿轮油润滑,与另一种含复合添加剂的N220重负荷工业齿轮油相比,显著提高20CrMnTi渗碳淬火钢的接触疲劳强度。探讨了改性氯化石蜡添加剂的边界润滑机理。

Abstract:The results of 2-roller contact fatigue test showed that the types of EP-additive used greatly affect the endurance limit of specimen material. Comparing the commercial N220 heavy-duty gear oil containing the modified chlorinated paraffin with that containing the complex additive, the former can improve significantly the contact fatigue strength of the carburized and quenched steel 20CrMnTi lubricated. The boundary lubrication behavior of modified chlorinated paraffin additive is discussed.
