摘    要:本文对于Hill(1979)屈服准则在平面应力条件下进行了展开,给出了五种特定条件下的等效应力和等效应变速率表达式,对这些特例的凸条件检验表明,其中的四种可做为合理的屈服函数,将这些屈服函数应用于金属薄板在拉伸范围内的成形极限图的M—K理论预测,获得了较为理想的结果。

Abstract:To apply Hill's new yield theory to sheet metal forming,the expressions of effective stress and effective strain rate for five special cases (one of them was proposed by Hosford) are presented. To examine the convexity conditions for these cases, it shows that four of them provide the reasonable yield functions on a certain range of parameters (Mand R), and the other is no longer a yield function unless M=2. This work provides a wider choice of yield function in simulation and analysis of sheet metal forming: Applying these yield functions to predict forming limit diagram in stretching region the reasonable results are obtained.
