对高校人才培养模式改革的思考

人才培养模式改革是近年来高校经常谈及的问题,不同层次的高校都在研究、探讨这一课题。但是,时至今日,都没有比较成熟的理论和成功的模式。本文结合目前高校的教育教学改革和自己的学习体会,从高校办学职能、学校定位、培养目标的确立等方面,对人才培养模式改革作了一些新的思考。

Reflections on Reform of the Talent-Fostering Mode of a University

The reform of the talent-fostering mode in a university has become a hot topic in recent years. Universities and colleges of different types are in heated discussion of it. But so far there hasn't appeared any relatively mature theory or successful mode for the reform. This paper puts forward some views on the reform in terms of a university's function, orientation, and objectives of training programs.
