Matched filtering of continuous tone transparencies using phase media |

| Abstract: | A new approach to matched filtering employs not only a phase medium (thermoplastic) for the filter but also uses inputs in the form of phase objects. The results of applying the techniques to an ERTS satellite image are shown. |
