| Abstract: | Light scattering from non equilibrium single-particle electron excitations in direct gap n-doped semiconductors is considered. It is shown that, in quasi-equilibrium conditions, deviations from the Maxwellian profile of the scattering spectrum of hot electrons can be accounted for by exchange and correlation effects. |
