Impurity density dependence of cyclotron-resonance line width |

| Abstract: | It is shown that the by now commonly accepted expression for the cyclotron-resonance line width leads to a ns-dependence for InSb, where ns is the impurity concentration. The order of magnitude is in agreement with experiment. |
