Abstract: | Magnetic excitations in KCoF3 at finite temperatures are studied by taking into account the residual orbital moment of the Co2+ ions. Equations of motion of Green functions related to all excitation operators between the molecular field states of the 4T1 symmetry of the Co2+ ions are solved using the RPA approximation, and temperature-dependent dispersion curves are calculated. |
