| Abstract: | Effects of spatial dispersion and electron Fermi-liquid interaction on the low frequency surface and volume plasmophonon spectra are considered. It is pointed out that in the frequency region ω ～ 1013?14sec?1 there exists weak damping branch of mixed sound oscillations in high doped semiconductors. |
