| Abstract: | Positron annihilation experiments have been performed on iron after low temperature neutron irradiation and during isochronal annealing. A good correlation exists between internal friction and positron annihilation data for iron with interstitial impurities, proving that these impurities react with vacancies during annealing (complex-formation). |
