SPF级SD大鼠部分生物学指标的建立

摘    要:目的建立SPF级SD大鼠的部分正常生理、生化指标。方法分别取1、2、3、4、6、9、12月龄的SPF级SD大鼠,雌雄各半。测量动物的生长曲线、脏器系数和血液生化等指标。结果雄性动物的体重增长趋势比雌性动物高;随年龄的增长,脏器系数逐渐减低;多数生化指标受年龄及性别因素影响。

Abstract:Objective To establish the partial physiology index, haematology index and biochemistry index. Methods SD rats of 1-month-old, 2-month-old, 3-month-old, 4-month-old, 6-month-old, 7-month-old, 9-month-old, 12-month- old were slected, each group containing 10 male and 10 female, and to measure the index of physiology haematology and biochemistry of rats. Result The tendency of the weigh increase of male rats was more obvious than that of the female. The coefficients of visceras decreased. Most biochemical values were influenced by age and sex of the rats.
