应用型高技能数控人才实训模式的研究——以井冈山大学工学院为例

本文介绍了应用型高技能数控人才的培养目标,从加大设备投入、安装通用软件、保证学生实践时间、建立一支高水平师资队伍、加强校企合作这些方面着手,建立了一套较为完善的实训模式,以增强学生的编程、操作、软件应用等方面的能力。

Research on the practice model of the applied and skillful personnel towards the training talents of NC——a case study of School of Engineering,Jinggangshan University

In order to achieve the training objective of the applied and skillful talents of NC,a fairly good practicing model is introduced which involves increasing equipment input,installing generic software,ensuring enough practicing time for students,constructing high-level teaching staff and strengthening cooperation between university and factory.This model greatly improves students' ability of programming,operation and software application,and has obtained employers' affirmation.
