| 摘 要： | 从节目的收录采集、编辑制作、管理到播出，应建立一个自动化程度高的制作流水线，节目的编码格式应严格遵循DVB标准，各个子系统之间应具有良好的交互性和开放式接口，以提高系统构建的灵活性，从而降低整个系统的运作风险。
