电离辐射诱导T淋巴细胞的差异蛋白质组学研究

摘    要:应用电离辐射诱导人类T淋巴细胞白血病Jurkat细胞株, 再经二维凝胶电泳分离不同照射剂量的细胞总蛋白, 研究电离辐射诱导的人类T淋巴细胞白血病细胞蛋白的差异表达. 应用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)进行处理, 得到肽质量指纹(PMF)图谱, 确认6个差异表达蛋白点.

Abstract:Two-dimensional electrophoresis and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrorometry(MALDI-TOF-MS) have been acknowledged as the efficient methods in proteomics studies.In this report,the total proteins of human T lymphocytic leukemia(Jurkat cells) treated by ionizing radiation were separated with two-dimensional electrophoresis.The differential expression of cellular proteins induced by ionizing radiation was analyzed by PDQUEST software.Six differential protein spots were ide...
