Solid-phase Synthesis of Thymopentin Derivative and Its Immune Regulatory Activity

Abstract:Thymopentin derivative(septapeptide) was prepared by means of the solid-phase peptide synthesis method in which stepwise and segment condensations were involved.The structures of the key intermediate and target molecule were confirmed by ESI-MS,elementary analysis,IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR spectrometries in our experiments.In this study,the authors found that both thymopentin derivetive(septapeptide) and thymopentin could promote T cell proliferation and increase of E-rose fomation cells.
