| 摘 要： | 随着我国电力企业的不断发展，需要具有高素质的人才投身于这项工作。然而现阶段我国电力企业内训师培训机制还不够完善。本文对我国供电企业内训师的现状进行了分析，并且就其存在的问题提出了一些改进建议。
