湖泊内水系沉积物中Pb Cu Zn的测定方法研究

摘    要:将粉末用于样品的压片从而进行制样,使能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪对长春北湖湖底沉积物中Pb、Cu、Zn等多种金属元素进行测量。用来研究了元素的测量条件、位置选择和谱线校正问题。通过一系列的分析,结果符合要求,利用检测出限与精确度来加以满足环境检测化探式样的测试要求。在使用用GWB07305进行水系沉淀物成分分析的测试中物质的成分,精密度(RSD)元素均<9%。结果表明,EDXRF光谱法的精确度和准确值可以满足水系沉积物测试要求。

On the determination of Pb Cu and Zn in lakes within the stream sediment method research
Abstract:Heavy metals including Pb,Cu,as and Zn etc in the lake sediments at Bei lake in ChangChun have been detectedby pressed powder pellets using EDXRF.Major problem that be studied is elements of measurement conditions,background selection and line correction.Test results meet the standards.The detection limit and accuracy of the method to meet the analysis requires of geochemical samples for environmental monitoring. Samples was tested with using standard material of GWB07305 stream sediment component analysis,all tested samples’RSD<9% .The results show that the precision and accuracy of EDXRF to meet the testing requirements for stream sediment.
