导弹误差分离前的数据预处理方法

摘    要:为获得高精度的导弹飞行试验误差分离结果,提出了改善数据预处理工作的工程实用方法。采用时间差分法查找测量数据中的丢失点,采用样条拟合算法剔除测量数据中的野值,并使用拉格朗日算法对异常点进行插值,提高了原始测量数据的质量。推导出发射惯性系下速度和位置的导航方程递推公式,并建立外测数据由发射坐标系向发射惯性系的转换关系模型:引入相关性分析法对遥外测数据的一致性进行分析,进而估算出遥外测数据零点对齐因子。对某型导弹遥外差计算应用了这些方法,获得了较满意的结果。

Abstract:To obtain high-precision error separation result for missile flight test,the engineering methods were proposed to improve the quality of data pretreatment. Time difference method was applied to identify the lost data,and spline fit method was applied to eliminate the odd items of data. Then the Lagrange algorithm was used to interpolate suitable data in abnormal spots,so the quality of original measured data was improved greatly. Recurrence formula of navigation equation was derived to calculate the displacement and velocity in inertial coordinate system,and coordinate transformation relation was established from launching coordinate system to inertial coordinate system. The method of correlation analysis was introduced to analyze the coherence of telemetry data and tracking data. Furthermore,the data zero alignment factor was estimated. These methods were applied to the telemetry-tracking deviation of a certain missile with satisfactory results.
