| 摘 要： | 将路段无容董限制和路段有容量限制两类问题统一为形式一致的非线性规划问题，通过改进后的仿射尺度算法求解，给出了算法的实现过程，并通过一个实际交通分配问题算例，证明了算法是有效的、可行的，为解决平衡交通分配问题提供了简捷的求解方法。

| Abstract: | The problems with link capacity limit and the problems without link capacity limit are unified formulated to a same-kind nonlinear program problem.The improved affine scaling algorithm is adopted to solve this problem.The details of its implementation procedure are given out and a practical traffic assignment problem is solved.The computational result shows that the algorithm is effective and efficient. |
