火焰原子吸收光谱法对不同产地厚朴中六种微量元素的测定

摘    要:用浓硝酸微波消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定厂不同产地厚朴中Fe、Cu、Mg、Ca、Mn、Zn 6种微量元素含量。结果表明,厚朴中含有丰富的人体必需微量元素,回收率在94.0%~105.0%之间,方法简单、准确,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The content of six trace elements content including Fe, Cu, Mg, Ca, Mn, Zn in Magnolia officinalis Rend. Et Wils. from different zone were directly analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS). The sample was diluted by microwave with HNO3 , the method is simple and rapid by calibration curve method. The results show that Magnolia officinalis Rend. Et Wils. embrace lots of trace elements which are necessary for people, the recoveries of these microelements are between 94. 0% to 105.0%, the result of the method is accuracy and satisfactory.
