激光焊接金刚石圆锯片的试验研究

摘    要:采用特殊设计的准封离型折叠式800W基模CO2激光器,进行激光焊接金刚石圆锯片。研究了激光焊接的参数和焊缝的金相组织。采用激光焊接,能显著地提高金刚石圆锯片的结合强度和承载能力。

Abstract:A specially designed folded quasi -- sealed -- off CO2 laser of 800W and TEM00 mode has been successfully used for welding of smaller diamond saw blades. Process parameters such as the relative position of the focal point to the joint edge are experimentally studied. The metallurgy aspect of the weld is also investigated. The bond strength and the loading capacity of the diamond saw blades under arduous conditions,e. g.,in dry cutting are greatly increased by the laser welding.
