| 摘 要： | 分析评估昆明市区交通拥堵的原因及现有的解堵策略。根据社会调查评价，利用层次分析法得出：在对交通拥堵的影响因素中。“行人和司机的行为”影响最大，“城市建设”次之，“公交事业”最小。而在解堵的策略中，“加强交通管理”最为重要，“加快城市建设”步伐次之，而“发展分交事业”较重要。

| Abstract: | We analyze and appraise the status and solving strategy of traffic jam in Kunming city.According to social investigation and the method of AHP,we obtain the following conclusions: 1)Among all the factors which have influence on the traffic jam,the behaviors of foot passenger and drivers are the most important,constructions of city takes the second place and public traffic takes the final place.2) Among all the stratedies for solving the traffic jam,strengthening the traffic management is the most important,fastening the constructions of city takes the second place and developing public traffic takes the final place. |
