摘    要:在发酵生产1,6-二磷酸果糖的提取工艺中,对提取总率影响较大的离子交换工艺进行了研究,结果表明,用南开大学化工厂生产的NK-D301C1型树脂对已预处理的PH为2的发酵液中1,6-二磷酸果糖进行动态交换吸附,当上柱流速控制在25ml/min条件下,其交换量为0.706mmol/ml,用0.01mol/L NaCl-0.015mol/L HCl和0.4mol/LNaCl-0.15mol/L HCl分步洗脱,流速控制在25ml/ml时,其洗涤效果最好,离子交换工序收率大于90%。

Abstract:The study shows that fructose 1,6-diphosphate absorbing capacity of NK-D301 Cl resin was 0.706 mmol/ml of wet resin and the efficiency of the elusion was higher by 0.01mol/L NaCl-0.015mol/L HCl and 0.4mol/L NaCl-0.015mol/L HCl as elusion at the flow rate of 1/200vvm. Under the controlled condition, the extraction yield of fructose 1,6-diphosphate reached over 90%.
