| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生频繁跳槽,其背后有着深层次的政治、经济、文化和社会等多方面的原因。社会各界必须对这一现象引起足够重视,综合治理好大学毕业生跳槽问题。重建高校诚信声誉,端正大学生择业观念,加强大学生思想素质教育,提高大学生的就业心理承受能力,帮助大学生进行职业生涯规划,进一步规范大学生的就业市场,完善用人单位的用人机制以及加快社会法制建设等都是解决大学毕业生频繁跳槽问题的有效措施。

| Abstract: | The phenomenon of graduates' frequent job changing has its many causes of politics,economy,culture and society at the deep level.The paper holds that the people of all circles should attach importance to the phenomenon and integratively solve the problem,and puts forward some effective countermeasures to solve the problem. |
