Abstract: | Hydrolysis procedure of N-diisopropyloxyphosphoryl phenylalanine (DIPP-Phe) has been studied by HPLCESI-MS. The hydrolysis products and intermediate were identified by HPLC-ESI-MS/MS. The results showed that (HO)(i-PrO)P(O)Phe was intermediate in the hydrolysis process. |
