摘    要:工作辊轴向力过载是导致轴承烧损的主要原因.本文以四辊轧钢机工作辊为研究对象,建立轧制的弹性压扁函数,根据小变形条件下力的独立作用原理,采用叠加法计算其应力应变,结合板形方程和轧制凸度控制原理,逆向求解轧辊间的交叉角,解得工作辊轴向力.

Abstract:Overloading of axial force acted on working roll is the primary reason to cause the bearing damage. Taking the working roll of four-roll mill as research object,the elastic flattening function based on rolling is established in this paper.According to independent action principle of force under small deformation,the stress and strain are calculated by means of superposition method.Combining the equation of strip shape with the convexity control principle,the crossing angle between rolls and the axial force of work roll are worked out reversely.
