| Abstract: | The ground state electronic structures of several metal atom cluster compounds, Re3Cl9, Re3Cl3?12 and Mo6Cl2?14, have been calculated by the SCF Xα SW method. The results are consistent with the earlier d-orbital overlap patterns and with the reported spectroscopic properties. |
