The isoflurane content was determined by using a 93mm × 2.1m glass GC column packed with 25%PEG-20M/Chromosorb P AW-DMCS(80～100 mesh)and flame ionization detector,and the column temperature was 70℃.The quantitative determination was performed with trichloromethane as internal standard.
