摘    要:采用化学镀方法制备了Ni-P-WC复合镀层,并通过扫描电子显微镜的二次电子和背散射电子成像模式以及特征X射线衍射研究了该复合镀层的微观形貌和元素组成及含量.实验结果表明:在Ni-P-WC复合镀层中,纳米WC颗粒与Ni-P组织络合紧密,WC的总含量约27wt.%;与Ni-P镀层的光滑平整表面相比,Ni-P-WC复合镀层表...

Abstract:Ni-P-WC composite coatings were prepared by electroless plating method(EPM).The surface topography of Ni-P-WC coatings was investigated by SEM and BSE mode and the elemental composition and amount were measured by EDS.The results show that nano-WC powders with 27 wt.% have combined intimately with Ni-P system in Ni-P-WC composite coatings.Compared with the smooth surface of Ni-P coatings,there is a cellular Ni-P structure in the form of convex sphere-like crystalline with the average size of 2-4 μm in the surface of Ni-P-WC composite coatings.
