摘    要:通过对3种不同形式的现浇轻质复合保温墙体的抗弯试验研究,分析了龙骨的厚度、面板的密度等因素对轻质复合保温墙体的承载力、挠度的影响。研究表明,现浇轻质复合保温墙体抗弯承载能力较高,其中轻钢龙骨厚度越厚,抗弯承载力越高;面板的密度越大,抗弯承载力越大。提出墙体自攻自钻螺钉的合理间距,并证明了墙体芯料对轻钢龙骨的包裹作用能够提高抗弯承载力。为该墙体的实际工程应用提供可靠的理论依据。

Experimental study on flexural performance of cast lightweight composite wall insulation
Abstract:Experimental study on bending through three different forms of cast lightweight composite wall in-sulation, analyzes the influence of the keel thickness, panel density and other factors on the bearing capacity and deflection on lightweight composite insulation wall. Research shows that cast light composite insulation wall high bending load capacity, which the thicker the light steel keel thickness, the higher flexural bearing ca-pacity;the greater the panel density, the higher the flexural bearing capacity. Put forward the reasonable spac-ing of wall self drilling screws, and proves that the wall core material package effect on the light steel keel can improve the flexural bearing capacity. Then to provide reliable theoretical basis for the wall practical engineer-ing application.
