| Abstract: | Total synthesis of α,β-, and α,β,γ,δ-unsaturated imine ant venom alkaloids is described. The labile two conjugated imine alkaloids were synthesized by late stage intramolecular Schmidt reaction via allyl and pentadienyl cation intermediates. |
