| Abstract: | Iodine-catalyzed three component reaction of quinazoline-2,5-diones, aldehydes, and styrenes provides allylamine derivatives was described. Both paraformaldehyde and ethyl glyoxalate can be applied in this reaction with simple styrenes with high regioselectivity. |
