| Abstract: | A simple and efficient procedure for the synthesis of iodoarenes is developed which involves the sequential diazotization–iodination of aromatic amines with sodium nitrite, nanomagnetic supported sulfonic acid, and potassium iodide under solvent-free conditions at room temperature. |
