摘    要:本文通过测量电子密度ne,电子温度Te,激发温度Texc及谱线强度,将氢化物进样同水溶液常规气动雾化进样对比,研究了氢化物进入ICP后,对等离子体性质的影响。结果表明,由于氢化物的引入,ICP的激性能得到了改善。

Abstract:The effect of hydride on excitation conditions of plasma when hydride was transported by carrier gas into ICP is investigated in this work. After the measurement of the axial electron number densities (n e), electronic temperatures(T e), axial excitation temperatures, it could be concluded that the excitation conditions of ICP was improved resulting from the hydrogen addition effect under the hydride generation.
