| Abstract: | Through analysis, illustrates it is the basic reasons of the resultS of rod mills' operation conditions optimum seeking tests being unsatisfactory that the taking or abandonment of the test factors and the determination of their levels is incorrect, and there is no essential continuous tests. And correspondingly put some preventives on the basis of these. |
