延展钢网板用于拱形支护的研究

摘    要:研究延展钢网板的力学特性及其简化计算的模型 ,同时探讨了这种新型支护材料在水利工程中的应用前景。通过对拱形延展钢网板的力学特性进行有限元数值模拟 ,用刚度等效的平板模拟拱形廊道支护试验中的延展钢网板 ,所得的计算结果与试验值比较接近。结果表明 ,用等效的平板模型来模拟延展钢网板是可行的 ,从而为钢网板在工程中应用提供一种简便而可靠的计算方法

Abstract:The mechanical characteristic of the expanded metal and its simplified analysis model, as well as its using in hydrolic engineering are proposed. A plate model is introduced to simulate the expanded metal, which is used in the experiment of covered way's liner, with equivalent in stiffness. With the finite element analysis method, calculation results using the plate model are close to those of experiments finished before. Accordingly, the simulation of plate model is doable and it also provides a simple and credible analysis method for expanded metal.
