摘    要:手性固定相色谱法已成为手性药物拆分的一个重要方法,其关键和核心在于手性固定相的研制,现已开发了众多手性固定相。其中,多糖衍生物手性固定相拆分能力强,可拆分大多数手性药物,广泛应用于手性药物的分析与制备。本文对这类固定相的四种制备方法(涂敷法、键合法、整体成球法以及交联-共聚法)进行了详尽的介绍,并比较了各种制备方法的优缺点。

Abstract:Chiral stationary phase(CSP) chromatography has been an important method for resolution of chiral drugs. The development of effective CSPs is the key. Among various types of CSPs, the CSPs based on polysaccharide derivatives are much attractive and have been widely used for the analysis and preparation of chiral drugs because of their good chiral recognition. In this paper, four kinds of method of preparation of the CSPs, including coating, bonding, bulk conglobating, and copolymerizaion-crosslinking, were introduced and compared.
