摘    要:本文对两种形貌检测和评定方法进行了对比分析,报告了用计算机进行数据处理的三维形貌分析方法对铝板深拉延中的着磨损故障等问题进行的试验研究和分析结果.指出:选择更符合摩擦学要求的表面形貌(如用激光进行表面处理的轧辊轧制的铝板)可显著改善铝板深拉延中的摩擦和润滑性能,从而改善铝板的拉延性能.

Abstract:with a comparison between two methods of surface topography test and assess,the paper reports the experimental research and analysis on adhesive wear in deeply drawing aluminium by the computer processing method of three - dimensional surface topography, pointing out that the choice of the surface topography more suitable to the requirement of friction may significantly decrease the friction in aluminium plate drawing so as to improve its drawing property.
