公共教育学课程中存在的主要问题与对策

公共教育学教学中存在着诸多的问题，概括起来主要有以下几个方面：一是有些教师授课违背教育学本身的要求；二是学生被动学习；三是部分教育学知识的老化；四是教学方法落后。这些问题的存在严重制约着合格教师的培养。为了解决教育学教学中存在的问题，必须坚持教学改革。第一，努力发挥教师的榜样和示范作用；第二，调动学生学习教育学的积极性；第三，坚决摒弃陈旧的知识，不断充实新内容；第四，改革教学方法。

Main Problems Exsiting in the Teaching of Public Lesson Pedagogy in Universities and Solutions to them

There are a lot of problems in the public lesson pedagogy i n normal universities.Firstly,some teachers do against the principles of pedagogy. Secondly,students study passively.Thirdly,knowledge becomes out of date.Finally, teaching methods lag behind.These problems seriously affect the cultivation of q ualified teacher.To solve these problems,we must carry out the education reform: taking advantage ofteachers and using them as good examples;stimulating students to learn pedagogy;getting rid of the old knowledge and continuously enriching t he content;improving teaching methods.
